Annual Charity Concert

Friday 26 March 7.30pm - 11pm

This year our nominated charity is Maggie's Centre. Tickets £5.  All monies raised from ticket sales and the raffle on the evening will be donated to the charity in memory of Lesley Hale who was a very dear member of our club. Over the years, Lesley encouraged many people to take part in the concert and quite often reported that she was embarrassed to find herself on stage 3 or 4 times performing as part of a group or offering her guitar accompaniment to singers. We aim to keep that encouragement going and the emphasis is on promoting individuals to get together with others to create a unique musical group. This year we have a full programme of jokers, singers and musicians (not in that order) to entertain and impress.

Many thanks to all those who supported our club by attending the Ceilidh Night on Saturday 24th October, and by participating in the raffle. It seems that everyone who attended had a great time. A selection of photos taken on the night are in the photo gallery.  Hope to see you all again this year!
